If you do not you may see one of the following errors:
run the project:
Parser Error Message: The base class includes the field 'UltraWebGrid1', but its type (Infragistics.WebUI.UltraWebGrid.UltraWebGrid) is not compatible with the type of control (Infragistics.WebUI.UltraWebGrid.UltraWebGrid).
If you delete and re-add the control, then you may get the following error message:
Compiler Error Message: BC30560: 'UltraWebGrid' is ambiguous in the namespace 'Infragistics.WebUI.UltraWebGrid'
The Project Upgrade Utility that was part of the 2005 Vol. 1 install will
enable you to upgrade your project references with the correct hot fix
versions.
Revised 06/17/05:
- Backup folders are left on uninstall. If you choose to uninstall the hot fix
you will be able to use the backup folders under WEB and WIN to manually copy
your old assemblies and script files back to their previous locations.
- New checkbox option on dialog prior to begin of installation enables the
ability to choose not to overwrite production files as part of hot fix
install. If you choose to not overwrite
you can then manually copy the hot fix files to your production location as
needed.
